We're thrilled to finally announce the release of the most-requested feature: Player Loans. This update represents a big step forward for the game, adding a new layer of tactical depth that we believe will redefine how managers build their clubs and compete for glory.
Why Player Loans?
From day one, our community has been the driving force behind Soccerverse. We’ve listened to feedback, and the demand for a loan system was overwhelming. This feature is a testament to our commitment to building a football management simulator that truly reflects the strategic decisions faced by real-world managers.
How Does It Work?
The new loan system is straightforward but offers a world of strategic possibilities. Managers can now temporarily acquire players for a single season or send out players they aren't using.
Key Mechanics
- Loan List: A dedicated list has been added to the transfer market, making it easy to see all players who are available for loan.
- Strategic Limits: To ensure a balanced and competitive environment, clubs are limited to two loans in and two loans out per season.
- Squad and Budget Management: Taking a player on loan means you'll be responsible for their wages and any prize money they earn, giving you a new way to manage your club’s finances without a permanent commitment.
- No Cancellation: Once a loan is finalised, the player will remain with their temporary club for the entire season. The player cannot be transferred during the loan period.
Will you use them to fill a temporary gap left by an injured star? Will you scout a promising talent to see how they perform before making a permanent offer? Player Loans opens up plenty of strategic options to improve the game experience.

What's Next?
This is just the start. In the coming weeks, we will be integrating the full blockchain functionality, making the platform live and fully operational. However, the Soccerverse match engine and core game features won't be in the new app for now, so you will continue to use the main app for tactic setting and other actions. Looking ahead, we plan to consolidate the current Soccerverse game and V2 in the coming months to create one unified experience.

The Competition
Referrals Cup 2.0 is a four-week competition where the rules are simple: the more Club Influence that is gained through your referral link, the higher you'll rank on the leaderboard for a chance to win a share of the prize pool.
How To Refer
If you don't know how to refer, it's simple - Here are the 3 easy steps:
- Login to your Soccerverse account.
- Access your referral link by opening your account drop down in the top right or the refer a friend tab in you home screen.
- The refer a friend pop up will appear and you can copy your referral link to share.
The Prize Pool
We are rewarding the top 50 managers on the leaderboard! The total prize pool is $2,000 SVV, distributed as follows:
- 1st: $500
- 2nd: $300
- 3rd: $100
- 4th-10th: $50 each
- 11th-50th: $20 each
This competition is more than just a chance to win — it's an opportunity to strengthen the Soccerverse community by welcoming new members and helping them get a great start. So, get your referral links ready, reach out to your friends, and get ready to climb the leaderboard.

This is a clean slate for every manager. Whether you're a reigning champion or a new player, everyone starts on zero with a fresh chance at glory.

Final Moves Before Kick-Off
- Finalise Your Squad: The transfer market is at its peak. This is your last chance to secure that game-changing signing for your team.
- Set Opening Day Tactics: Don't get caught unprepared. Get your formation and instructions locked in for your first big match.
New to the Game? Start Now!
It's the perfect time to join. Get started in 3 simple steps:
- **Register Your Manager: First things first, head to the Soccerverse website and secure your unique manager name. This is your identity in our world.
- Find and Claim a Club: Browse the world map to find an available club in a league that excites you. This will be your home for the season ahead.
- Get Unlocked & Start Building: To take full control, you need to be "unlocked." You can do this by owning Club Influence from the shop or by checking out the new Jobs Board, where existing Club Influencers are actively seeking new managers. Once unlocked, you can dive into the transfer market and earn weekly SVC.
Refer A Friend
Soccerverse is a game built on community, strategy, and rivalry — and it’s always more fun when you have friends to play with or compete against for bragging rights. Once you've signed up, you'll find your personal referral link in your profile. Share it with your friends to earn bonuses and build the world of Soccerverse together.

The pairing of Hiro Capital and Soccerverse Ltd is ideal as the goals and visions of the two companies are well aligned.
Soccer Manager Elite has now officially been rebranded as Soccerverse and will be developed by a new entity, Soccerverse Ltd, fully dedicated to driving the project forward. The brand is a better reflection of how the game has evolved and will continue to evolve in the future.
